La RoncHe pays homage to the magnificent Vallée de la Ronce, a corner of the Haute Ardenne that lies below the brewery, and refers to the shrub of the same name, with its fearsome thorns. In Walloon, we say “cwand on-z a peu des ronxhes, on n' va nén à bwès”, an allusion to those who remain clinging to the bistro counter. With this beer, be careful not to hang on too long!
