No heavy sweetness or smoothie-like texture — this Ardenne NEIPA is juicy, expressive and, thanks to a subtle infusion of young Douglas fir shoots, it retains the bright, forest-inspired freshness typical of our region.

Its generous hop profile reveals stone fruit, citrus and delicate resinous notes, supported by a more pronounced bitterness than classic NEIPAs. This clean, balanced bitterness evokes the wild nature of the Ronce Valley and the rugged beauty of the Ardennes landscapes surrounding our brewery.

Tasting notes:

👀 Look: golden and slightly hazy with a generous, lasting white head.

👃 Smell: an exotic bouquet of mango, passion fruit and citrus, lifted by a hint of pine.

👅 Taste: smooth and juicy, with balanced tropical and resinous notes and a soft lingering bitterness. The finish is fruity, creamy and refreshingly vibrant.

Ingredients:

Water, barley malt, oat flakes, sugar, Columbus and Citra (USA) hops, Douglas fir shoots, yeast.

Origin:

100 % Belgian and organic (except for the Citra hops). All ingredients are sourced from trusted Belgian producers to guarantee top quality and support local organic agriculture.

Hopping:

The Columbus and Citra BIO duo (in dry hopping) creates an explosion of tropical fruit flavours — mango, passion fruit, citrus — balanced by the resinous freshness of Douglas fir shoots.

Special features:

La RoncHe is one of the rare NEIPAs refermented in the bottle, giving it a living character and unique aromatic complexity.
