Time flies and “hop”, La THArée has already been tickling your taste buds for over five years ! A "lustre" in french represents a period of 5 years. This beer was therefore designed to celebrate the brewery’s five years!
This golden nugget has an alcohol level of 6.6% and has a creamy foam thanks to the addition of oat flakes. It has a pronounced bitterness that makes the taste buds tingle. And that's not all! Chinook hops add a touch of pine and grapefruit that pairs perfectly with the resinous and fruity scents of young Douglas fir infused during the boil.

It is unfiltered and unpasteurized, so there may be a little deposit at the bottom of the bottle, but this is completely normal. Keep it upright, serve it very cold and enjoy it! Cheers!
